If truth is the first casualty of war, the power of witnessing is its most vital trace. A war without witnesses is a conflict that doesn’t exist, that passes unnoticed. Throughout his illustrious career as a photojournalist and humanitarian REZA has ensured that the suffering of the weak, poor and abused are not relegated to oblivion by creating works of immense beauty, grace and poignancy. During the session, REZA will present his work, discuss his experiences as a photojournalist and speak to our universal responsibility to know, understand and act.
